Esfir was a technican the appeared in Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell (PS2) version. He was in the Russia on Nuclear Power Plant.
2004: Georgian Information Crisis
Afte the Kalinatek Building, Third Echelon investigates the encryption key that Fisher recieved from Ivan. The encryption key tells NSA that Nikoladze has been using a network of unconventional relays to communicate with the Georgian military cells. Grímsdóttir manages to trace one of these data streams back to the Nadezhda Nuclear Power Plant in northern Russia, but due to the electronic noise surrounding the plant, is unable to trace the data any further; thus Fisher is sent to shut the power plant down.
Fisher infiltrated the power plant and they have found out that the Russian army was over there. Irving Lambert tells Fisher that the whole army has spreaded over the plant. Fisher goes into the main building of the power plant. He needs the code for the keypad in main generator room of the plant. Fisher interrogates Esfir for the keypad. Esfir tells him the keypad. Fisher asks him a few more questions and he says "I don't know... thats all I know i swear". Fisher then knocks him out and he does the meltdown alert.
