Biography

Not much is known about General Kellner's life. After the death of the following General Bartholomew Fisk Kellner became the new top General in the United States. He was only in Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow. After that his status is unknown and he is never mentioned and has appeared again.

2006: Indonesian Crisis/Biological Warfare

After the attack on the US Embassy, East Timor the The Darah Dan Doa (Blood and Prayer), led by Suhadi Sadono declared war on the U.S. General Kellner then sent U.S soldiers. As the war began the United States got into big trouble, protests began in Indonesia making it harder for the Americans to fight against the Darah Dan Doa. With that happening General Kellner gave updates in the World News Media about the situation in Indonesia. President David Bowers was getting furious about the situation.

As the situation was getting worse and the virus spilling around Texas,the American army got pushed back by the Darah Dan Doa. General Kellner gave information about the tactic they use against America. As Third Echelon found out that Sadono was using a virus against America, General Kellner had no choice but remove his forces from their. After the Komodo, Indonesia mission, in the news it's stated that General Kellner threw a missile to Sadono's house in Kundang Camp, Indonesia. General Kellner thought that this could be the resolution, well Sadono's status was unknown if he was alive or not and he was alive but the Darah Dan Doa got a lot of damage. His status is unknown for the rest of the game.
