Mission 13 is the thirteenth solo campaign level in Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Conviction (DS). This mission is divided into two parts.
Briefing
Sam has learned that a government official will arrive at Stratton Petroleum to oversee the shipping of irradiated oil in a matter of days. He heads there with Anna immediately in an attempt to shut down the refinery's systems so that the dirty oil cannot be pumped out.

| Operation Forced Defense – Part One The oil will pass through pipelines leading to the Northern States, including New York and Massachusetts. When the pipeline explodes, radiation will be released into the air. Causing an explosion in the pipeline should not be difficult, and we will be able to use equipment provided by Contratar to do it. Contratar is well known to the NSA and has been involved in various terrorist attacks, so it will be easy to frame them. |
