Peter Singh was a consultant hostage in Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow (GBA). His role and some conversations is similar to Bobrov. The conversation with Peter was interrupted and it's unknown what happened to him after Sam leaves. For some reason he was cut from main game (see Intel from Komodo, Indonesia/Data).
